Composite Prop Repair

The process depicted below is no longer used to repair carbon fiber propellers because several failures occurred. A new process has been developed that is much stronger and has eliminated failures. The new process is slower and more expensive but yields a stronger repair.

Here are three Fresh Breeze fiber props with tip damage

The Fresh Breeze carbon fiber props are hollow. Foam is injected so the tip will maintain its shape during repair.

The tip repair is almost completed. The tip is sanded to shape and is now ready for paint and balance.
